We were commissioned by a triathlete to transform his backyard into a compact training ground for young adults. The L-shaped site includes a gym, lap pool, and rock-climbing zone, all unified under a simple steel structure to keep costs low and spaces open. The series of roofs provide shade while staying connected to the tropical surroundings. The layout follows the flow of movement in sport, turning the backyard into a small simulation of the triathlon experience.
