This pavilion was our entry for the KLAF 2025 Pavilion Design Competition at Titiwangsa Lake Gardens. Set within a lush and organic landscape, we explored the relationship between man-made geometry and the site’s history as a former tin mining ground. The design features a temple-like form with slender aluminum columns supporting a tiered roof tiled with recycled plastic panels. A square opening frames an existing tree, while a clay-plastered bench below enhances the geometry against the backdrop of dense foliage.
