We were commissioned to design a bungalow in Nigeria using a minimal palette of materials - brick and concrete. Inspired by Erwin Heerich’s pavilions in Insel Hombroich, Germany, the project explores how simplicity in material can shape space and light. It also became a study of geometry and proportion, drawing lessons from the works of Andrea Palladio and Giuseppe Terragni.
